My life

Spring is here!

Well, spring is here and we are all so excited here! My lady is planting flowers and vegetables, and our yard is starting to look green again. My hair is falling out, my lady says it's making a mess all over the place. She gets out this noisy thing that she pushes all over the floor...ack, it is scary and I wish she'd stop! We are having much more fun now that the weather is nice...I love the snow, but my lady doesn't seem to as much...so, we're taking lots of runs to the stream now and through the many trails nearby. It's so much fun!

My story

Well, I guess you all would like to know a little more about me, so here it is...

My first home was at a small farm. I stayed outside tied up, even though I was just a puppy. I didn't really seem to mind it though, I got to pee anywhere I wanted! (as long as I could reach it)....Then next thing I knew, I was put into the car and given to some guy, put into his office and had to stay there all day. It was boring, I was scared and didn't know what was going on. Then the guy took me in his car and drove to this wonderful place, I think it was like the gates of doggy heaven, because it smelled of grease, burgers, and french fries! mmmmmm, well, he handed me a hamburger and it was so good! Then I was taken to my new home and given to my lady. She has loved me ever since and I her in return. She takes me everywhere with her, has taught me obedience...get this, I sit, I come when called, I stay, lay down, speak, roll over, dance, play dead, crawl across the floor, jump over jumps, play until I'm exhausted, AND I get treats for it!! I even have my own bed in the bedroom. Life is pretty darn good. Well, about 2 weeks ago, this weird creature showed up. I don't know what he is yet, but he has 4 legs, gray and white, has blue eyes and he barks a lot...can't make out a word he's saying...but my lady expects me to share my things with him all the time. He does wrestle real good, so I guess I can deal with it. However, the pig ears are all mine and I don't care what anyone says about it! I guess it's ok, but sometimes I don't want my lady touching him....he may give her germs or cooties or something, so I make him back off from her.
Oh yeah, I also know how to pull stuff. My lady got me a harness with my name on it...and she attaches it to stuff and I get to pull her around on it. All sorts of crazy things, and we get to run run run run runrun!! It's awesome! Now this new guy comes along too, and I don't know what my lady is thinking, but this guy is nuts!! He goes all over the place, yaps about it and doesn't have a clue. She says I need to help teach him....yeah right! We'll see about that one.
