Arrival Story:
Always a fan of the adorable MUG of the English Bulldog, Kozmo (Stellas little/big brother Yorkie) kept asking for one as a sibling and playmate. After the difficulty teaching our little boy to potty in the right places we said, our next addition MUST be a female. After looking at different rescues, pet expos, breeders, etc...we just thought, when the time comes the perfect puppy will walk into our lives! And then she came!
Picking up "Daddy" from the airport one day, I noticed a gentleman walking with a bundle of joy in his hands. After gasping, ohhhing and awwwing, I stopped and chased him down to find out where that bundle came from. As luck would have it "Daddy" had a birthday in two weeks.
When I called the breeder, she interviewed me, but explained she only had 2 boys left and they were both brindle. "Daddy" and I had our minds made up though, we wanted a girl and we preferred fawn and white. After some contemplating, the breeder hesitantly explained, "well........we do have ONE girl left, but my husband wanted to keep her" I immediately made them an offer they couldn't refuse. I did EVERYTHING I could to convince them that Stella was meant to be with us. In the end, the breeder allowed us to adopt Stella under the condition that we share photos of her growing up with her brother in sunny So Cal!
WE LOVE STELLA! She is so wonderful and no kidding, just looking at her makes even the grumpiest people SMILE!
