Quick Bio:
-pound dog

Likes:
Jumping onto daddy's lap when he's on the computer, food, riding in the car, chasing geese, ducks, squirrels (why won't these humans let me eat them???), food, treats, licking crumbs off the Boy, torturing my cousin Seamus

Pet-Peeves:
When people think I'm a boy ~ I have a pink collar for goodness sakes!! Being left home alone, Paul (the Boy's friend), daddy hugging mommy, not being able to fly to catch the geese & ducks

Favorite Toy:
Right now, my stuffed goose. But anything soft and fluffy, like my squirrel, raccoon, cow, pig and snowman. None of which makes any noise anymore since I chomped the squeakers.

Favorite Food:
Peanut butter, ice cubes, any and all nuts, chewie flips, pencils, peeps, jellybeans

Favorite Walk:
Around the pond, in the woods at Gram & Pop's house

Arrival Story:
We went to the SPCA in Richmond with my sister to look at a dog we saw online. That dog was not good w/ kids, so we looked around some more. We saw Jax and thought she was cute, BUT, our son is named Max and I said I can't have a rhyming dog. Well, we visited w/ some other dogs, and my sister convinced me to visit w/ Jax. She loved us and we loved her back, so....home she came! We had to do foster-to-adopt because she had heartworms and was not done w/ her final treatment. She was very skinny and had terrible separation anxiety at first. She barked constantly when we left the house, which is not good when you're in a townhouse! We tried to change her name to Lucy, but no go. She was 3 already and just attached to Jax. So now we call her Jaxie mostly and when we want her to go to our son, we say "Find the Boy". : ) Max loves her and is taking more and more responsibility for her (he's 9).

Bio:
She is the sweetest little girl doggie, although VERY spoiled. We think she was neglected in her previous "home" ~ she always rolls over and gives you belly when you pet her. She is very emotionally needy, but we love her to bits, neuroses and all.
