Arrival Story:
JEZZIE IS NO LONGER WITH US, BUT THIS WAS HER STORY:
Jezzie was given to me as a Valentines Day present, but wasn't old enough to come home with me yet. Luckily her mama was my next door neighbor's dog, so I got to see her everyday until she was old enough to come home with me.
Bio:
Jezzie had heartworms in1994 due to our residential location next to a creek in the middle of nowhere (Oldsmar-ish), she went through the treatment which was heartreaking for me to watch, but thankfully survived. About two years later she escaped from her kennel (by the influence of her kennel mate at the time), and I found her lying on the side of the road as I drove home from work. We took her to the ER for Doggies immediately, and she was there for three days. She narrowly escaped death with only a broken sinus to show for it. She was the only stability I've had in the past 12 years... and what a sweetheart! She's a little bitchy to other dogs, but absolutely loves poeple (big and small). On 11/6/04, Jezzie was put to rest due to a losing battle with Leukemia.

Jezebelle was put to rest today, 11/6/04 due to a losing battle with Leukemia. We love her so much! She had a happy, wonderful, love-filled life. We are terribly sad and will miss her always! Rest in peace sweet Jezebelle.
