I found her on a pet classified and e-mailed the owner. Piggy was four months old. I spoke with the owner several times and she felt like my home was best for her puppy so she drove from Indiana to Missouri and I drove from Texas to Missouri and we met at a rest stop! No doubt it was meant to be!
