Just wanted to check in with Mommy, Daddy and all of the fur-family and let them know that it's wonderful up here at the Bridge. I can see clearly, hear everything around me, and best of all I can run and play with the other pups here. I've already fought with Sammy and Freddy (only kidding, Mom, they had to let me know that since they were here first, they're bosses) and played with Tania, Brandy and Megan. I met Candy-dog, who is always asking about Daddy, and helped Kelly chase a bird! I saw Abbykins, and she's feeling much better now, too! It's okay, Mommy - I tried to tell you that it was time to go, but everytime I did, I saw how sad you got. I'm happy now. I'm watching over all of you --ooops, gotta go now, Sammy says Freddie found a rabbit!!! See you soon.

I hate it when it gets hot! Mom went into the barn and came out with the big red box --- those mean old clippers are in there and I know that means haircut time and since I'm the only one with ANY hair, it means ME. I faked her out, though - I ran and jumped in the pool (she can't clip me when I'm wet, right? WRONG!) She tackled me and dried me off and then made me sit and get clipped--shaved is more like it. Gotta admit, though, it does feel good without all that hair. After it was done, we were both so tired from fighting about it that we fell asleep! Thanks, Mom.

Wow. Mommy and Wendy went to the Southeastern Affiliate Championships in Clemson, SC this weekend, and I GOT TO GO! At first, I was worried, cause Mommy had told Grandma last week that she was thinking about taking me, but then she never said anything else about it. Tucker and Cody were upset, cause they wanted to go, but I'm the better horse show dog - I stay right by Mommy's side and can go all over the place off leash. Okay, maybe I do take off after birds, and like to visit all the other campers to see if anyone has a treat for me, but I come right back! Wendy brought BJ, and the two of us got along really great (she's bossy for such a little dog) - we played games on Mommy and Wendy, when they were looking for BJ, I went visiting. Then, it was my turn - I got their attention and BJ visited everyone in the barn! It was fun, but now I'm tired. When I got home, Tucker, Jake and Cody all had to smell me and wanted to know what happened while I was gone - I told them that Mommy was mean to me and left me in the camper and didn't take me anywhere with her! Maybe they won't want to go next time.
