Arrival Story:
Nellie is a rescue from a puppy mill in Nevada, where she was kept outside in a wire mesh cage 24/7. She was pregnant with her third litter in under 2 years, severely underweight, missing hair and injured from other dogs attacking her when she was rescued. After almost a year of working with her, she is starting to come out of her shell. Her new buddy Blue has been a HUGE help in showing her how to "act like a dog"!
