Word Around the Block Is...

My Daddy will be coming home soon!!! I don't know where he has been but I have sure missed him. Mom says that Daddy has been gone for over a year, I don't know how long that is to humans but to us dogs that almost 7 years!! A long time.
Sister and I go crazy anytime daddy comes home we remember him and give him a hero's welcome that he deserves! I have even heard a rumor that we are going to Grandma's for Christmas that's 16 acres of a fun play land for sister and I. I can't wait!!

Keep your paws crossed that my daddy makes it back home safe and sound. I am ready to drool and slobber all over him!!

Summer Breeze makes me feel fine...

It's the dog days of summer. I finally made my mom sit down and write, she has been busy.
Its summer time I am loving it! I love being outside and enjoying the day. However mom says we live in Hell (aka Texas) and it's to hot for me and sister to be outside. Even after the sun goes down it's still in the 90's and mom says that is to warm. I give her a dirty look each time she makes me come inside. I do have to admit that I have a love affair with my fan.
Mom bought us a fan that is at ground level. Anytime sister and I come inside from being outside longer than 5 mins we fight over who gets to sit directly in front of the fan. Usually sister wins I let her get her way or else she gets all "Diva" on me and then will give mom one her looks and then mom makes me move over so sister can share my coolness of the fan. I don't like that. Move your feet lose your seat those are the rules.
Word around camp is that daddy will be home soon! I can't wait to see him. Every now and then Mom will turn her speaker phone on and daddy will say Hi to me. I keep looking around the house to find him but I don't see him?? Hopefully soon I will at last to slobber all over him.

Not much going on just chillin and relaxing that is what summer is all about right??

What is that??

My mom says my sister and I need to get a CGC?? I hope it's a steak or something.. I can't wait until we get it!

We went to this place last night where 2 other dogs were there beside sissy and myself. We were the first to show up and my mommy has never met the other dogs or their owners before. She was a little nervous that we would be out of control with the other dogs around and we would "flunk" the class.. Ye' of little faith mom!! There was a yellow lab named Scout who I liked and a German shepherd, the German shepard was a little agressive towards me and and Maggy even though we were calm/submissive my mom says that they rescued the Greman Shepherd and he has issues before they got him and that is why he is at training. My mom says maybe if I brush up on my German I can tell him that i am cool dude!

Maggy and I both were fantastic if I do say so myself!! Our trainer was so impressed that she had my mom and I show examples of how to be!! At the end of the class both of my parents were so proud of me and my sis!!! we got extra treats!! I have a feeling this CGC thing will be in the bag!!

I have made it I have finally made it to the big times!!

Well sort of... My picture is in the credits for the moive Firehouse Dog!! :) My mom was finally able to catch it on Saturday when she watched the movie. She recored (Just the credits haha) and cried when she saw my picture. She then called me and my dad in and showed us my pic. I do have to admit I looked pretty handsome even when I was a wee little tike!
My mom is so proud of me she just couldn't believe that I was in a movie!! I got extra lovin and treats that night!! I need it now that satan's daughter lives with us (stray no name pup) she scares me... She just looks at me and I duck my tail and run!! I don't want to risk being snapped at again. Mom says I can't help being sensitive!!

Doggywood I am ready!! Just call this pup is ready for his 15mins of fame hahah!!

A Funny Story...

Once Upon A Time.. haha jk!!

We have been having a problem with all of the doors in our house squeaking really loudly when you open/close them so me, being the I am gonna fix it queen get a can of WD-40 and go to town on all of the doors. The interior doors are very lightweight so when I sprayed the hinges with the WD40 they all automatically close, so if you open the door it will slowly close on it's own. Well Titus and Maggy both know how to push open doors, but when they close behind them they are at the mercy of the door...
When Chad and I leave for any periods of time we put Maggy in her kennel and Titus has free roam. Usually we close all of the doors just to make sure Titus doesn't get into anything. When we return home Titus is waiting right by the door to greet us.
On Saturday Chad and I left to make a quick trip to the store so Maggy went into her kennel and Ty was sleeping on the ottoman. About 20mins later we get home and Titus isn't there waiting a red flag goes up, I start to worry. He isn't downstairs and the upstairs is blocked off. My mind races...
The door to our bedroom isn't shut all the way I thought that is funny so I go in there and the door to our bathroom is shut I, again think that is so odd because we always prop it open so I go into the bathroom and our closet door is closed (walk in closet) which I never close. I am starting to worry. I open the door and there is Titus huged eyed and paniced, thanking me for letting him out. Somehow he was able to push hard enough to open our bedroom door which closed behind him then he some how moved the weight holding the bathroom door open and then that door closed, then into the walking closet. I have no idea how or why he did this. After awhile we got to thinking that Titus thought someone was breaking in and he figured he would save himself and hide and leave Maggy as "bait" in her kennel HAHAH
He is the cutest thing around.

Not the Mama!

Ok,
I am just about DONE with this little sister O' Mine. She is good for one reason. She is a good play buddy when I am bored and I feel like being bad because I can blame it all on her. Maggy steals all of the attention, eats all of my food, takes treats right out of my mouth. Sleeps in my cubby spot right next to mom in bed. She gets away with ALL OF IT!! How unfair is that???

Yesterday my parnets took Maggy and LEFT ME all alone. They said it was because she had to go the vet! Whatever I bet they went and played in the park and ate ice cream without me. When they came home I ignored my mom!! Then when it was time to go lay down at night. I didn't go in and lay with mom, I went upstairs to hang out with dad! (that will show her and Maggy) Which I never do because dad doesn't cuddle. My mom couldn't imagine what got into me to make me do that, she knew that after a few mins with dad I would be back. She was right!! I walked in and she moved Maggy over and made a spot just for me! We cuddled all night. I was so happy! Mom didn't even mind that she couldn't breathe that well because I was sleeping heavy!
Well I gave dad a chance, but nope he is Not the Mama!! :)

Life Is A Highway...

Hey All,

How ya doing?? Good I hope! Sorry long time no write. Having a little sister around sure does take up a lot of your time these days hahah!!!
I love having Maggy around really I do! (snicker) Every since she has come around I am the official golden child who can do no wrong!!! It's always.. Maggy don't do that, Maggy put it down, Maggy get out of there, Maggy sit, Maggy stay, Maggy this, Maggy that... Meanwhile I just shut my eyes and sleep away never bothered... Life is good.

My mommy just told us some good news!! At the end of the week we are taking a ROAD TRIP!!!! WE are all going to Missouri to visit my grandpawents!! Maggy doesn't know who they are, but I already told her that Grandma is ALL MINE so back off. My mom said something about us and lots of snow?? I don't know I have only see a 1/2 inch of snow, but mom says to get ready for some SNOW!!! Well just wish us a safe journey and I am so ready to run around 20 acres of snow and love on my grandma! :)

Sister for Sale.. Sister for Sale.. Anyone want to buy my sister Maggy Mae who is for sale!!

She got me in trouble yesterday (not really, but Ty is sensitive) Well mommy wanted to sleep in, but heathen Maggy won't let her either she will bark and bark in her kennel or she will keep picking a fight with me if she sleeps on my bed with me and makes to much noise for anyone to sleep. So my mom thought that she would give Maggy alittle bit more leash so to speak.
I, Titus the golden boy does no wrong and can be trusted in any and all situation I have heard my parents both say to Maggy "why can't you be more like your brother" they are kidding because they love goof ball Maggy. Anways back to my story about me being punished (again Titus didn't get punished he can be a drama king) So my mom decides to let Maggy be in the front room with me unattended all to ourselves.. Great now I am the puppy sitter I knew it would only be a matter of time before mom and dad ditched her on me.... sigh.
So the morning started off ok we were playing with our toys and wrestlin around and mommy was getting sleep so it did seem like a great plan, even though I don't like the twerp. Well at 10:30 mom peeks at us and see's that all is well, at 11am time to get up and when she opens the door I look at mommy and I am pleading my case (MOm's ONLY set of wedding pics where all over the floor and the box was shreded which Maggy was still chewing on)

I said Mom (pleading with her in my eyes and laying my ears so low back on my head she couldn't even see them) this is what happened.

Maggy: (knocks over stereo speaker while playing, wedding photos in box hit the ground) Wow!! What is this.
Titus: Maggy don't play with that I am going to go wake up mom she will know what to do.
Maggy: Don't do that Titus we can put them up for her.
T: we can?
M: Sure we can, but lets straighten them up first. (maggy then starts to spread all of the picture over the floor and startes to shred a picture)
T:MAGGY you said you were going to straighten them up first!
M: I lied!!!
T: MOM is going to get so so mad at you!! You are bad and I want NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS. I AM GOING TO WAKE UP MOM
M: Hey, Titus look at this Box!! Isn't it great!! :)
T: Mom didn't say anything about a box though did she??? THE BOX IS MINE move over cow.
M: see I told you this was fun, you should trust me more
T: If we get in trouble I am blaming you!

Well mom scolded me and threw me in the cellar no food or water (Titus, we don't have a cellar! I fed you breakfast and put you in the backyard!) then she told me that I should have stopped her and I am older and should know better. (Titus was kidding with you) Mom says that if I could have cried I would of.. My mom said that it was all her fault and she gave maggy to much freedom and that she still loved me, she said all of this while she was picking the shredded box from my teeth.. Yep, I still say it was all Maggy! I just sat back and watched her destroy everything! She is a heathen!!

Merry Christmas Everyone!! :)


Well I don't know about everyone else out there, but I had a GREAT Christmas!! I woke my mom up bright and early (like I do every morning I can only hold it so long ya know) and then we were off to call Grandma in Washington they were opening their presents really early so then after that Maggy and I tried to wake daddy up (He is VERY grumpy in the morning) so I stayed back and let silly Maggy go in there to get yelled at by him I am not stupid I learned my lesson a long time ago hahah. Surprisingly Daddy didn't get mad :) mom kept saying presents!!
(i was bad and did a little scouting work the other day and found my NEW beloved stuffed croc in a bag in the back of the closet I almost had it in my mouth then darn my mom found me and told me to get out of there!! whatever it's mine not yours mom! so I knew that something was coming)

So mommy and daddy shut us out of their room to get "ready" for Christmas. My dad then opened the door and ran upstairs. Mom held us downstairs then daddy peered over the banister and opened a huge bag of toys!!! It started raining stuffies over sister and I!! We didn't know what to do with our selves. So I found a toy and so did Maggy, but I wanted the toy she had and she wanted the toy I had. My mom and dad kept laughing we were surrounded by tons of toys yet we only wanted to play with the toy the other had!! we may be silly but I am sick of letting the twerp get her way! IT's MY TOY MAGGY!!

Anyways we had a great breakfast and dinner and lots of time up on my parents bed which we aren't allowed on that much since the bed is so high off the ground. Christmas Rocks! Not only was it Jesus's birthday, but I got all of his toys hahah!! No cake though.. damn.. Maybe next year!!

DADDY MY HERO IS HOME!!!!

My Daddy is finally home!! Let me tell you if you wanted to see excitement yesterday you should have seen me i was jumping out of my skin to get to my daddy! I rememberd him and man oh man was I one happy boy yesterday! :)

Of coruse that little twerp sister of mine couldn't leave well enough alone and started hogging all of my daddy's attention so both of us dog piled on top of him so that we could show him who loves him the most. (i won)

I wouldn't leave daddy's side at all... even though mom ( I do still love you) would call me nope I am laying on daddy's lap he is all mine!! Mom felt very left out because for 15 months she has taken care of my every need and then I was like Mom?? Mom who??? She says she understands and she will cut me some slack these first couple of days, but then after that I have to chose where my loyalty lies hahah... Maggy Mae just loves my daddy too they are like two pea's in a pod! She is the biggest attention hog around though.. SO I pushed her off the ottoman. I made it look like she "fell" mom got mad at me because she said that Maggy wouldn't have fallen off the ottoman when she is dead asleep.. she told me nice try though... Dad of course just laughed.
Daddy is just the same as ever and he loves on me and gives me kisses it's the greatest! :) Now I get 3 full days of daddy time I couldn't be more happier. There is so much love in our house right now it awesome.
Mom says we need to be so thankful.. 110 soldiers did not make it home and that is a very sad number. WE are very lucky and Blessed that God watched over daddy and all of the soldiers so that they were able to come back to us yesterday!! God Bless America is all we can say!!
