Arrival Story:
Ramsey was found as a stray in Louisiana. Looziana Basset Rescue found him and put him in one of their Foster homes with Jean. I contacted Leslie after reading his story that he needed a forever home. Leslie arranged for Pam to drive him up to Va where I picked him up in Staunton, VA 3 hours from my home. Ramsey & Precious played the whole 3 hours in the back of the van non-stop. It was an instant-bonding.
