Arrival Story:
We got Dwight from a humane society in Vincennes, IN. He had been a stray. After we lost our Shih Tzu (Gimzo) my mom really wanted another dog. A beagle like the one we had while I was growing up. My daughter found Dwight thru Petfinder. We don't know how old he is but were told that he was one and a half when we got him. He came up from Indiana on a van with other dogs that were being adopted in our area. He was very timid at first. He didn't know what toys or bones were for. Our other dog Paquito taught him that. We found out a few weeks later that he had contracted heartworm while in IN and had to be treated. All went well and he is a happy, healthy boy now. We couldn't have been blessed with a better dog. He loves his dog pal, Paquito and loves to play with his kitties.

Follow my link and let me know you voted! I'm sorry I have been away for so long, but my mommy is very busy with my grandma being in the hospital with a broken hip. You can find my brother Dwight under Dwy on the site as well as my sissy's cat Max. He's orange.

Here are the rules of the game!

Each player starts with seven random interesting pawsome facts about themselves. Dogs who are tagged, need to post in their Diary the rules & their 7 pawsome facts. Then choose 7 dogs to tag and list their names. Don’t forget to bark them a pawmail that they have been tagged and to read your Diary, or, send them a fun Rosette announcing they've been Tagged!

My Tail of Devotion for Dwight

Dwight...those beautiful haunting eyes drew us to you on petfinder.com
Who can imagine the things you endured while you were a stray before you came to us. You were such an enigma to us. So polite and already housebroken and yet you didn't even know what toys or bones were for. We have grown to love you more each passing day. Thank God for shelters and rescue groups who work tirelessly to find forever homes for deserving dogs like you.
You're HOME buddy!

This is a special Tail of Devotion
