He said that his neighbors has posted a 'free dog' ad in the paper for me and were taking me to the pound if no one came to pick him. I knew 'granddad' loved me because he was always giving me treats and love between the fence.
So mom came that day with the idea that I would stay with her until a more appropriate home was found. She lived in this rental with a big mean dog that chased me around a lot until I got to know her and then she was my favorite big sister ever.
Fate changed for me when mom's boyfriend fell in love with me (we have very similar temperment).
