Arrival Story:
Chloe's original owner wanted to return her after her husband found out how much she paid for the dog and became angry about it. But the store would not take her back. The owners stopped feeding her and she became very sick and eventually required surgery for another problem. The pet store owner refused to invest any more money in the dog and was ready to put her down. Of course, rescue was the only option!

Bio:
Even at almost 10 years old, Chloe was very puupy like. She was a very funny little dog with a great personality and the funniest facial expressions. She is missed a lot!
