Arrival Story:
We had been looking for the perfect dog for months when we found Dixie on www.minpinrescue.org. We knew little about the breed but quickly fell in love with her. Dixie had been used in puppy mill for 5 years. A nice older woman rescued her, but soon she could not take care of her. She was surrendered to a shelter and the great people of MinPin Rescue (IMPS) fostered her until we found her. We drove to Waco to meet with her foster mommy and Dixie. Dixie came home that weekend to be part of our forever family.
