My Mommy wrote a book!

The first installment of a wonderful series meant to solve the increasing issue of obesity. With one book at a time I know this series will not only be one of the favourites on the shelf but a bed time story that will make dreams sweet without the sugar.

Inspiring, habit changing, an altogether educational read without boring the reader or lecturing and Sammy just keeps growing and growing alongside your child. Read on to see how!

But before you do put down the chocolate, the chips and ice-cream; curl up on the couch or bed and dive into Sammy’s world and the adventures of Bananaboy! Who knows what this amazing boy will teach and learn next or what you’ll learn from the book and from your children.

Basic nutrition in an inspiring and interesting way kids will actually respond to. For a bed time story you’ll be amazed with the choices your kids will make for breakfast so make sure you’re prepared and eat up!

Please check it out through my site (www.IamCorona.com) or by visiting www.AdventuresofSammy.com. It's also on Amazon.com, BarnesandNoble.com and Amazon.ca!

A fellow Dogo Argentino is up for adoption in Ontario, Canada and wants you to consider adopting him.

See all of his details on my site, www.IamCorona.com and please give this wonderful dog a chance.

If you know of any other dog, Dogo or otherwise, who needs a good home please let me know and I'll put the puppies information on my site.

Tell all your friends and family about it and get this dog adopted!

Life's been a bitch

With having fun during the holiday season and being at a super bowl party learning to play the game my life took a turn for the worse with my getting sick.

I won't go into the gory details but I'm on my way to getting better.

Through it all I didn't leave a hair out of place (you can see for yourself on my website - www.iamcorona.com) where you can share in all of my adventures.

See you on the backflip side.
