Toby had been adoped 3 times and each time brought back to the pound, and the pound keeper said that she would have to put him to sleep if noone adopted him soon. So when I saw him he looked so sad, he was the only one not barking and his eyes told me he was a sweet dog. So I reached my hand through the bars and Toby licked my hand. Then Toby jumped on the bars right where my shoulders were just like he was hugging me!
