Arrival Story:
Our old dog, Spike, passed away in November of 1996. We said we'd never get another dachshund (it would make us too sad), then we gave in and said not another black and tan. We called up a breeder who said she had two red sable doxies. We came to visit and it turns out they were both black and tan, but we still love them lots.
Bio:
She was a licker, a lover and a lapdog.
She began acting bizarre in March of 2006 and died at the end of that month at age 9. Cause of death: put to sleep, secondary cause: seizure disorder brought on by brain tumor.
RIP Bella Louschka.
