Arrival Story:
How it all began. A customer of mine at work called (she knew I did rescue work) and asked if I would take in a severly abused Border Collie mix that a friend of hers had found in Los Angeles almost beaten and kicked to death. Maggie has no front teeth, top or bottom, she has a hole between her nose and mouth that you can see her gums though, her back end was very weak and is now arthritic because of the damage. All of her injuries were due to being beaten and almost killed.
Bio:
Maggie is such a sweet lady, she doesn't ask for much and is always so happy just to get a pat and a kind word. She never fails to amaze me at how sweet and affectionate she is after all she went through before I got her. She's a tough lady! I love her to pieces!
