Arrival Story:
About 3 years after my black lab Bob passed away from cancer, I knew it was time for another water dog! I saw the ad for Lab/Golden Mixes in the paper and was excited about the combination. I went to the breeder's home and she brought out a 7 week old chubby black puff ball and put him in my arms. He laid on his back and I cradled him like a baby for about 20 minutes while I talked to the breeder about his parents...I knew he was the one! We played with him for about an hour and then went to the pet store to buy supplies! The next day we went back and picked up our baby! He was swimming in our pool the first week he was home! and within 2 weeks was potty trained!
