Arrival Story:
I was 16 & my parents were looking into buying a new house. I went w/ my Mom to look at one and she drove out to tim-buck-too so I started complaning that this would ruin my social life. When we got there, puppies were all over the livingroom. I told her to go look at the house & I would be just fine with the puppies. She then introduced me to her co-worker who's dog had had an "accident"! YAY! I found Bear the fat man stuck behind the piano!
Bio:
He has always been there for every single one of my family members in some way! Bear unfortunately has cancer now and although we have tried to remove the tumor in his mouth, it keeps on growing back faster and larger than before! We love him so much that my Mom is coming up from Denver to say good-bye to him. He has led a great life so far and I hope he stays with us into the summer so I can swim with him one last time. Please pray for him!!!???
WE WILL BE PUTTING BEAR TO SLEEP THIS WEDNESDAY 5/24/06. HE IS SICK ALL THE TIME AND IS LOSING A LOT OF WEIGHT. I KNOW IT'S FOR THE BEST BUT I DON'T WANT TO GO THRU WITH IT!!!!!!!!!! I KNOW IT SOUNDS DUMB TO PLAN IT BUT I HAVE A LONG WEEKEND COMING UP SO I CAN RECUPE AND NOT BE AT WORK CRYING ALL DAY. BEAR IS GOING UP TO HEAVEN SO HE CAN BE WITH BROWNIE WHO DIED 5 YEARS AGO. SHE MUST MISS HIM AND SO WILL WE HERE AT HOME. PLEASE PRAY FOR US....
Bear has been gone for a year and a half now and I still miss him every day. I got married this year and missed my ring "Bear" . I had always planned on having him proceed me down the aisle with a pillow on his back :)
I now have Thor's little brother Odin (mom got out again!) so my heart is a bit fuller but I hope I can see my Bear again....
Two years now. I still miss you, I will see you in about 60 years though so wait up!

i had to go to the vet on thursday because the tumor in my mouth started bleeding all over the place. I think I bit into it because it has gotten so big and my top teeth hit it sometimes. I have new medicine, some amoxicillin and and antinflammitory pill. I hope it helps. My mom kept crying and crying but she did take me to the river to swim a little before we went to the vet. I really hope my lump goes down a bit.
Other than that I feel fine! I still like to hang out with Mom and I still like to play with little Thor.

so the thing in my mouth is growing back somewhat. it kinda goes under my tongue and bugs me. my mom looks at me and gives me kisses more often for some reason. am i okay?
almost easter and my mom's mom is coming up soon!! yay! she always gives me kisses!

I am ten years old and feeling it. Well sometimes. I get tired more easy but I definetly still like to play soccer with mom and I like it when she asks me to do a Bear flop because she leans over me and tickles my armpits! She also lets me sleep with her (Thor has to sleep on the floor haha). I spoon with her until I get to hot and then I sleep at the end of the bed.
I also live part time with my mom's dad. My mom doesn't have a fence and when she got old enough to move out, she left me with him so he wouldn't be lonely and so I would be safe. I really love him too! They both let me sit on their laps when they sit in the comfy chair. He is getting married this summer to a really cool lady who gives me crab leg meat sometimes! wow, that stuff is good!
I hope I still feel good this summer so I can go swimming in the river and that big lake we go to. Mom swims behind me and holds my tail so I can pull her around. It's fun! I am sooooo strong!!
anyways, got to go. I see mom's dad coming home and that means food!!! Oh yeah over Easter, mom's mom is coming up to see me!! She lives in a place called Denver. I wonder if she's bringing that freakazoid Chester!!?? AAARGh, I will be surrounded by idiot puppies!
THAT'S OKAY THOUGH BECAUSE I LOVE HER SOOOOO MUCH AND SHE LOVES ME MORE THAN ANYTHING!
