Casper was listed on Petfinder.com. He was living with his foster mom, Megs, from Angel Pets Rescue. I adopted him on Kentucky Derby Day.

Bio:
Casper is a wonderful little dog, but he isn't too friendly with other people or kids. He has "big dog" syndrome and always tries to go after the big dogs when he's out for walks. He gets jealous when he's not the one getting attention. He loves playing with toys as long as his brother, Ted, doesn't steal the toys away. He likes to cuddle and is a typical lap dog.
