About Snowy...

An unexpected but temporary parting...

Snowy went to Rainbow Bridge on March 18, 2006 at 3:05 p.m. It was unexpected and definitely unwanted but unavoidible. So our loss and pain is still very, very fresh. But the pain is worth it. Grief is the deepest form of love we can express and Snowy has given us so much that this pain we have now is a very small price to pay no matter how bad it hurts. I think a Garth Brooks song (below) says it best..Snowy, we love you and miss you...this is for you...

"The Dance"

Looking back on the memory of
The dance we shared 'neath the stars above
For a moment all the world was right
How could I have known that you'd ever say goodbye

And now I'm glad I didn't know
The way it all would end the way it all would go
Our lives are better left to chance I could have missed the pain
But I'd of had to miss the dance

Holding you I held everything
For a moment wasn't I a king
But if I'd only known how the king would fall
Hey who's to say you know I might have changed it all

And now I'm glad I didn't know
The way it all would end the way it all would go
Our lives are better left to chance I could have missed the pain
But I'd of had to miss the dance

Yes my life is better left to chance
I could have missed the pain but I'd of had to miss the dance

Thank you Snowy for 15 wonderful years of dancing...
So glad we didn't miss the dance...
Counting every minute until that day we dance again...forever...
