Arrival Story:
My mother said she had plans of taking a new dog, a few years after ours had been put to sleep at 16 (RIP Steban). She then contacted this couple who had spaniels. Toby was a cheeky little puppy, hyperactive and very naughty. But he behaves a lot better now. I was completely sold when I saw him.

Bio:
Toby is a very active dog, he loves to play. He does not ask for attention, he DEMANDS it. And how? Scratching other peoples legs, whining, staring, barking and smashing his paws on you. He loves attention, petting, hugging and such. As sweet as he is to us, he's not very fond of most other dogs, which can be embarrasing in the park.
