Today Dad brought out my paddling pool. I challenged the hose to a duel before he filled the pool up, and of course, I kicked it's butt. My Mom took pictures of me getting in and splashing around, so I thought I'd share some.

That's me smiling, like I do .

Mom thought she would caption that photo, "What you gonna do with all that junk?" She thinks my butt is looking pretty big.
Daisy didn't really play in the pool much. Dad actually had to try putting her in (twice) but after we came in and she FRAPped to dry off, I tried chasing her and nipping her.

Here are the rules of the game!
Each player starts with seven random facts about themselves. Dogs who are tagged, need to post in their diary the rules & their 7 pawsome facts. Then choose 7 dogs to tag and list their names. Don’t forget to bark them a pmail that they have been tagged and to read your Diary.
I was tagged by both Kaley Corgi and Duffy! So here goes...
1. If my parents have a sheer-ish blanket on their laps, I love to sit underneath it and simply look through it. If you come over and see a dog-ghost near the couch, that's me, and don't try moving your hand outside of the blanket, because I can see it, and I will nip you.
2. I have a vast, vocal range. Sometimes I will just roll around on the floor and go "raahgroogrrgrgrrahh."
3. Before my parents knew they needed to vaccinate me, they took me to the park when I was only 6 weeks! I never touched the ground, but now that they know better, they feel pretty fortunate I never got parvo or distemper!
4. I have never met a boxer I liked. Mom suspects that they all share a breed quirk of coming up, and getting in other dogs faces, and this is something I hate. Conversely, I love poodles. They are my favorite dog breed. I get along with them better than most corgies, even! My friend, Mambo, is a black standard poodle, and he and I take turns nibbling and chasing each other when he's at Creston park.
5. My sire's line of the family were all champions, and he was even featured on an Animal Planet show! Huzzah! But...I was the smallest of my litter, and I had a spotty nose, so I was sold as "pet quality" and neutered. Mom thinks I'm still the handsomest dog ever.
6. I FRAP at least once a week, even if I've been walked three times a day and have gone to the park.
7. If my parents give me the stern eye and say, "Pick-nicccck" in their deep voice, I volunteer my paw to shake. Mom thinks this may be a stress thing, because when she gets home from work and I haven't seen her all day and I'm so excited and she's ignoring me until I behave, if she even glances at me, I offer my paw up. What can I say? I'm cordial.
Guess I better tag someone else!

Yesterday Daisy was gone all day long, and then when she came back, she was so sleepy. I noticed her belly was shaved and Mom and Dad have been trying to keep us very, very calm.
She hasn't been acting like herself at all! For instance, she hasn't snarled at me at all when I've tried to kiss her.
When Mom fed her this morning, I noticed she got a sort of mixture of wet and dry food. It looked so delicious! Even Flirtcat was trying to get some.. I didn't want to eat my food at all.
I'm giving her a break.. not jumping or sitting on her. She seems to appreciate that. Mom says when she gets better in two weeks, I can leap at her all I want.
