Day in the Life of Mocha

Happy 4th of July

I got a new ball and frisbee today. I've been playing with the ball all day. It doesn't squeek or anything, but it's a NEW BALL. There's more noise outside today, than normal. My master doesn't seem concerned, so I'm not either.

The weathers been great.

No more rain. I've taken my master on a walk almost everyday. Today, mothers day, we saw three dogs with no masters. My master said I could not play with them because they were coyotes, what ever that is. Hope they get over it. Anyway, it's been a fun past two weeks. My master was looking for something in the back yard. He would dig and dig, but not with his paws. He would dig up these big dirt clods and I would place them around the back yard. My contribution to the decorating. I guess he found what he was looking for 'cause he put all the dirt back in the hole.

No More Rain....PLEASE

I live with my family in lovely southern California....Unfortunatly my daddy says that its been raining and thats why I can't go outside to play. IT'S UNFAIR!! The first day on "rainy day schedule" was not bad. I went to work w/ my dad upstairs, we had lunch, i took about 10 naps, and then we played the rest of the night and watched some t.v. - I didn't really notice that I couldn't go outside to play. But now on day 3 of rain, I can't take much more of this!! I usually go on patrol every night to make sure no rabbits, coyotes, and other little animals can get into my backyard, but NOPE - my mommy and daddy says its not allowed!! My mom felt bad and took me for a walk yesterday - it was great at first, then WATER BEGAN TO FALL FROM THE SKY....AGAIN! I not only got soaked, but my nicely matted hair was ruined, and now...since my mom doesn't like my lovely dog smell i've worked so hard for -I have to go get cleaned on Saturday. I've had enough of this rain! All i want is for someone to MAKE IT STOP!!!
