Not being allowed on the bed. Cab rides. Being too big to fit on the windowsill. Halti-leader. Closed doors--firm believer in the "no closed doors" mantra.

Favorite Toy:
Rope chews! Tennis balls on elastic bands. Plastic water bottles.

Favorite Food:
Canned food. Bacon grease is a close second. BEEF STEW!!! Tries not to eat veggies, but will eat vegetables while giving you an "i'm only eating these because I'm starving/wasting away to nothing, am I/what did i do to deserve cauliflower?" look.

Favorite Walk:
Big field in Riverside Park @ 165th. Brindle Sundays at the dog run in J. Hood Wright Park.

Best Tricks:
Sit. Lay down. "Lay on your back with your feet in the air." "Look cute." Jumping really high to get tennis balls and other toys.

Arrival Story:
We are fostering this great dog. *Bruno is a stellar pet.* He is house trained and trustyworthy. He will fall sound asleep with his head on my lap without disturbing the bowl of popcorn sharing the space. He sleeps on his own bed next to mine (or with my roommate in her bed if he is really worn out from a long walk). His owner passed away. Until he finds his own home he is playing with our dog, Stella, and going for lots of walks. ***UPDATE*** Bruno found a home! He now lives on Staten Island with dad and his two sons (21 and 16). He can now practice his wrestling and kung fu moves with his new brosthers, while Dad looks on from the porch. he is digging (but not digging) his new yard. Though I'm sure he misses us lots, he sure did jump in that van quickly. Congrats to the dudes with the new dog!

Bio:
1 and 1/2 year old Staff/Boxer mix. Very atheletic and sooo handsome. Good manners and trainable. He likes routine. When my alarm goes off he is already by the bed, staring at me, willing me to avoid the snooze button (except lately, since he is a slacker and sleeps in until the moment he hears my feet hit the ground). He eats nicely and isn't picky. He is not agressive toward other dogs and does well in the dog run. He is such a sweetheart. Bruno is a Yankees fan. His favorite player is Derek Jeter. Bruno is also practicing karaoke for our Christmas Party.
