A Jack Russell's Frantic Ranting

Dear diary

Today we went to see my mum's cousin and best friend JayTea.. There isn't much special about that.. We go there quite often. First thing I do everytime we go there is to race into the kitchen and try to eat all the cat food that's on the floor.. But sadly JayTea has gotten a bit too quick for me lately.. He always manages to scoop up the bowl before I reach it..

JayTea belongs to this really weird cat called Baldrian. .. Well he's not *that* weird... Baldrian is okay.. for a cat.. I guess.. Atleast he's a whole lot more polite than Leo is.. that's for sure..


Anyway.. What I really wanted to tell you, is that I caught a salmon the other day! It was sooo COOL! I hunted him down and dragged him on shore and and it was HUGE! I mean really really HUGE.. Almost as big as I am.. LoL.. You should have seen Leo's face when I told him about it afterwards.

SO!.. Another year over.. a new one just begun..

It's not like I care too much.. I'm not one for sentimental new years resulutions and promises.. All I know is that New Years Eve means fireworks and I *love* fireworks!
Fireworks are so fizzling and noisy and pretty and sparkly and pretty and colourful and pretty... and ..and.... Did I mention they were sparkly?..

I just HAVE to get close to them!

I MUST sniff them!

I NEED to get them into my mouth so I can taste all the sparkly colours!!!

I try to get mum to understand.. I really do! But the darn woman insist I wear a leash, so I can't reach the sparkly fireworks.. She also keeps telling me that fireworks are only meant to be looked at.. not chewed on.. *sigh*...

Stupid humans have absolutely no understanding of beauty!

Christmas is for Dogs.

Christmas is drawing near. Mum has decorated the entire flat with lights and paper clips. Last night Leo (the stupid cat) tugged down some of the paperclips Mum had hung in the window *giggle* It was fun seeing him scolded. There sure won’t be any Christmas presents for him now!.. All the more for me, I say.

It’s weird having to spend a Christmas without Kelly. It’s been so empty since she passed away…She always disturbed my afternoon naps and she always stole the best bits of food… But I still miss her a lot. I hope she’s well, where ever she is.

Now it’s just me, mum and Leo. Mum says Sirius now lives with his own family.. That sure is a relief.. I never thought anyone was going to take him. .. Hehe.. I guess he's their problem now.

Mum also told me that she was going to give Leo a webpage at Catster.com. How very rude! I thought she was a DOG person. Not a bloody cat person. What’s so great about cats anyway eh? Everyone knows they’re smelly and just plain retarded. I simply can’t understand cats. Sometimes while I’m sleeping Leo jumps on the sofa and starts growling at me. For no reason at ALL!… The guy has no manners! I keep telling him to go away but he just does that retarded blink with his eyes and keeps on growling…
Stupid cat.

Oh well. I must get going. Mum is working hard on a school paper, so I have to try my best to distract her.
