Birthday: July 16th 1999 Likes: Belly rubs, playing, sleeping, pillows/soft things, going "bye bye", scaring the crap out of the pizza delivery guy,the dog park, hogging the bed, eating anything and everything (especially if I'm not supposed to have it) Pet-Peeves: Baths, getting toenails clipped, getting up in the morning, getting scolded, when Mom doesn't share, when the ball goes under the sofa and I can't quite reach it, the "stay" command---who wants to stay when you can follow Mom around all the time? Favorite Toy: Squeeeeeeeeeeeeeaky squirrels! I'm also really diggin' my new pink pig! Favorite Food: GARBAGE!!! Cheese, chicken, Dentabones, Innova, peaches, carrots, zucchini, rice, melon, green beans, pizza, doggie munchies, pretzels, and the beat goes on... Favorite Walk: To the mailbox! Lotsa fun things to sniff over there! Best Tricks: Shaking paws, sitting up, sit, "take it nice", stealing garbage, hiding socks in the sofa, singing, sleeping 23 hours a day, hehe! Oh, and I can roll over but only when the prize is REALLY good! Arrival Story: My Momma was a MESS. How she made it with no dog for so many years is anyone's guess. (How anyone can make it with no dog is anyone's guess, too.) Anyway, I was in the Pets & People Humane Society no-kill shelter in Yukon, OK. Mom was looking for a pup for months and almost went to Durant to adopt an Eskie mix but something kept holding her back. Around the time she was going to go pick that dog up, someone else adopted her. Momma was sad but decided that there had to be another doggie out there that was just right for her and low and behold, she went to the P&P website and guess who she saw! She said I looked so terrified in my shelter picture that she HAD to adopt me. She saw me on a Friday and by the following Monday, I was in my new home! Bio: Sadly, Momma believes that someone somewhere in my past was not so nice to me, as I have a fear of belts, flyswatters, anything that looks like it might hit, actually. No one knows anything about my first year of life, and I'm not telling. It's one of my many little secrets. So Mom just loves me all day and all night as best she can, and in return I'm the best girl I can be, and that works just fine for us. :) Forums Motto: Foofer McWoofer The Groups I'm In: ♥ The Pet Poetry Group ♥, (For the love of) SQUEAKY TOYS!!!, ABANDONED ANGELS, Dog Eared Book Club, Doggie Do Gooders, Jodidogs Support, K9 Comedy Club, Maggie's, My Dog Burps, norman dogs, Okie Dokie Dogs, Pet-O-Nomics, Pets with Crafty Parents, Scrapbook Chain, Secret Pup Pals, The Disney Group, The Pound Puppy Project, West Highland Terriers, ^^^^Funny The Last Forum I Posted In: What exactly traumatized the scaredy squirrel.........
I spent a month at Gramma's house. Which means now, as is customary, Momma has to re-teach me all the manners I ever learned.
I get into a little naughty rut sometimes when I return home. Seems Gramma works shorter hours and lets me get away with considerably more than Momma. So when I get home I have to re-assert my authoritai.
