Sled-dog Slaughter at 2010 Olympics

Latest update. BC has passed a law prohibiting the killing of any animals. Hugh wopping big fines....$50,000.00 and ten years in jail. The outfit and killer of these dogs is STILL before the courts!!! As in everything else in this country......crime was committed BEFORE new law....they will get a $50.00 fine and walk.

Latest up-date on 2010 Canadian Olympics...Sled -dog- massacre.

This note will up-date you on what is happining over the murdered 100 sled dogs in Whistler British Columbia winter Olympics.

A fine of up to $75,000.00 to be given to BCSPCA and jail time for up to two years for animal cruelty. New laws.

The actual case is still being investigated by RCMP, who conducted to same extermination to Inuit dogs by order of the Canadian Government in the 50s' in an attempt to keep the Inuit on their "reserves"...law suit still going on.

Keep in touch...will let you know how saga turns out....as usual in Canada...crimals walk, citizens "rotate".

Green Paw Print

Thank you for the green paw print!.. It is a nice symbol to use for our planet. How about starting a club were we go around and stick green paw prints on all the Autos and Trucks? Hmmmm maybe not the trucks.....we do love to ride in them....

Oh yes...especially paw print those stupid, noisy "iron dog" thingamajiggys they call snowmobiles....nasty, noisy and stinky things.......spoiling the beautity and tranquility of our run. GGGGRRR!

August 9th, 2010 - Award

Thank you sooo much for the mighty dog award!!!!! You are most kind! We've been busy up here.....lots ofd food to eat, cats and squirrels to chase and naps under shady trees. No snow yet for sledding with the Chief! My earth-bound buddy, Ron, tells me an old aquaintence has new puppies. I will try to put a picture of the in here for all you visitors. They are 6 weeks old now and have no names yet. I will be watching over them in their new homes......they are Malamutes. And Mighty Malamutes they will be! Hello my furry buddies....trust you had fun yesterday and ate lots of turkey!!. We missed you down here......just not the same....the ways you all opened your presents and shared the turkey feast, well......

Happy Birthday Buddy

Well, to-day we turned 60........without you to help eat the cake and open the presents. It was kind of lonely, oh well. Hope your day was great...how could it not be....your with all your pals. It won't be long now before we meet again, more tests on the old ticker again.

We'll let you know what happens but I quess a couple of your buddies up there already have or can tell you. I ate steak and prime rib.....how about you???? Silly question I quess. Love to you, Niki and Arnuk! Your bud Ron.
