Happy Birthday Buddy

Well, to-day we turned 60........without you to help eat the cake and open the presents. It was kind of lonely, oh well. Hope your day was great...how could it not be....your with all your pals. It won't be long now before we meet again, more tests on the old ticker again.

We'll let you know what happens but I quess a couple of your buddies up there already have or can tell you. I ate steak and prime rib.....how about you???? Silly question I quess. Love to you, Niki and Arnuk! Your bud Ron.

Wishing you a Happy Easter Guys. Try not to chase the Easter Bunny around too much....he won't leave you any eggs!!

Remember the days when we went egg-hunting......and "get the Bun-Bun??" I know, you still do that up there...but I am not with you yet.

Dog Sled Racing at Kortright Center

Hi Guys..........miss my buddies.

Well, the races were great! All the Sibes were friendly with lots of kisses, don't get jealous now! When it came time to put their harnesses on and hooked up to the sled....howling, barking, jumping up and down, dancing around and general mayhem until the magic words were issued.........Go Go Go Go or yike yike yike!! Then like a rocket....they were off running as fast as legs would go. They were making the 4 mile run in 10 minutes.......not quite as fast as you guys heading for the fridge.

There were about 20 teams and 50= dogs there.....it was cold and snowing...about 2 feet of snow. The "IronDogs" packed the trail nice and tight so running and pulling was easy After the run came rest time and a big bowl of mushy kibbles/meat and water...then a nap!

What a life!
