Arrival Story:
A friend messaged me almost out of nowhere asking if I wanted a dog. I hedged at first... I mean me and my girlfriend at the time already had two cats, we'd recently lost 2 ferretts, and I just wastn't sure we'd have the time to look after a dog. He persisted, saying that any that weren't adopted in the next few days would have to go to the pound. It can't hurt to look right? I had been wanting a dog for a long time... I only needed to see them once to know that one of them was coming home with us. It only took a few minutes playing with them to know that my girlfriend was sold too. Gabby was the most playful of the bunch. She immediately came to us and wanted to wrestle. She was also covered in poop from rolling around in their box... somehow that sold my girlfriend, and of course it wasn't hard for her to sell me. Gabby went home with us that night. Incidently I did come back the next day to adopt Abby(the one on the far right) for my dad, who still has her to this day and is Gabby's best friend.
