Mandoo can usually be found next to my feet. he loves following me around everywhere i go. he likes travling and going on a road trip. loves open car windows, enjoys playing soccer.
Pet-Peeves:
BEING LEFT HOME ALONE(he can't stand it!), having his nails clipped, taking shower, ear cleaning, brushing teeth, me playing with his ear...
Favorite Toy:
My socks, underwears, shirts, towels, pillows, shoes, ties.. anything that has my smell. his obsession is my socks.
Favorite Food:
Organic chicken breast, natural brown rice, sunflower seeds, smoked pig ear, boiled egg, kim bap, kalbi, Japchae, Canned tuna, organic carrots (mostly stuff i can find at Garden of Eden and costs me fortunes..)
Favorite Walk:
FDR drive, Thompson Sqaure park, St. Marks St (love traffic), East village restaurants, Jones Beach, Broadway ave, anywhere owner goes.. loves joggin every morning.
Arrival Story:
Mandoo was born in porland. raised in brooklyn by a breeder. when i found this purebred puppy, he was so beautiful at 12 weeks old. he scored perfect at health exam next day. I started to treat and train him as my son. He has been my best son and a best guy friend at the same time. Loves watching sports with me, as well as playing against me. He is very royal and loves attention. He fights for the competition for my attention even against my friends. Can't see that well. Vision is always an issue.. (normal for sharpei) A Very smart and kind dog. Great with childrens.
Bio:
Mandoo recently moved to my friend's farm house in Penn. NYC environment was getting too dirty for him. I wouldn't recommand sharpei to first time dog owners. Sharpei requires a lot of knowledge from owner and extra extra care... Please study about sharpei before you get them. I can also give you some advices. But once you know what you are doing, they are the best dog in the world. I regularly visit him and he visits me on weekends. Once I get a big house with backyard, I plan to bring Mandoo back.
