He was taken in by a rescue orginization, who kept him for about a year before we found him. (He was probably there that long because he is an older dog). Bio: Chopper is a Xoloitzcuintli or (Mexican Hairless). It's a rare breed that is recognized by several orginization around the world, but not the AKC.
