I got Shadow for my 15th birthday.

Bio:
Since we live on a huge farm, we let our dogs and cats run free. Sadly, traffic is heavy out here, even for a country road. Shadow was found by the road on April 7, 2008. Not a mark was found her, so I hope that it was quick and painless. She was a good dog, and although a little hyper and thus annoying, she was great to have around.

Shadow's 'nickname'

You have to understand something about Australian Sheppard Dogs. They are VERY ENERGETIC!!! Every time Shadow sees anyone, she’ll go crazy in order to get your attention. Her favorite tactic is to jump on you or lay down in front of your feet so you can’t walk. My mom can’t stand it when she does that, so every time Shadow bothers her, she’ll say, “Get down, you stupid dog!” I think poor Shadow’s heard that phrase so much that she thinks her name is ‘Get down you stupid dog.’
