Otto showed up on my front porch and never left. I found his owner 1/2 a block away, they didn't want him. He could have picked any porch on the block ( they all look the same pretty much) but he picked mine, that's why he is my angel dog.
Bio:
Early May of 2007 Otto collapsed while on a walk. The emergency Ve thought he may of had a stroke. Turned out (after expensive MRI at Penn) that he had a BIG ruptured disc in his neck. The area that controls walking and the legs, etc. It was pretty iffy whether Otto would ever walk again. Luckily his surgeon at Vetrinarian Referral in Malvern, PA ROCKED. Otto came out of surgery great. but we had A LOT of physical therapy to go through. I think it took 4 months for Otto to actually walk on his own. Now he's doing great, except for slippery floors, Otto seems almost 100%. AND he gets to go on walks 2 times a day, now that we live in the big city!!!
