Arrival Story:
We lost our dog Shaggy in November of 2002. She was a Shetland Sheepdog and had been a member of our family for 15 years. I was devasated after she passed away and wouldn't even consider looking for another dog...even though I missed having a dog very much. I just couldn't imagine that I would care for any another dog. My family, however had a different plan..my sister who thought I should have another dog called my husband and sons telling them she had found the perfect dog for me. So, last Christmas Morning 2003, they got me Lucky. I have adored him for the moment I saw him. The rest of the family loves him just as much. He has been a great addition to our family! My neighbor says that Lucky gets treated better than most kids he knows! I took him to work with me until he was 5 months old! I couldn't bear to leave him.

Bio:
Lucky is a Pug/shih tzu mix . He has a great disposition but has a stubborn streak. He is very friendly and loves to have people make over him.
