Arrival Story:
We were looking for playmate for Lexie. I saw so many nice dogs available at the Merced County Animal Shelter - http://web.co.merced.ca.us/animalc ontrol/adoptable.html - that we made the drive down. Lexie met about 6 dogs and narrowed it down to 2. Dottie moved right in and hasn't looked back. Like any little sister, she's the one who stirs up trouble and then looks innocent.

Bio:
I don't know how Dottie wound up as a stray. We're lucky to have her. The photo with the red leash is from her days at the shelter.
