We asked our daughter if we should bring home Joe, and she said "I want to bring home Banjo" So that is how he got his name. We brought him home that afternoon.

Bio: Banjo must have been trained to hunt. He has a very strong hunt drive. He also has the best house manners I have ever seen.

Howdy,
Well it seems I'm caught in the middle of a quandry. My family had planned on going camping at the Great Sand Dunes this coming weekend. Until....
they brought home a 9 week old puggle. Hmmmm. I don't know quite what to think of that. How could we not go?
Mom and Dad say the little one might be too little. Too little for camping? Come on... Is there such a thing?
I will be seriously bummed if we don't go! It may even mean I have to chew something up in revenge. Dad's wallet is usually my favorite, but maybe I'll set my sights on something new this time.
I'm still gonna hold out hope that I will get to romp in the sand and run around like a freak and help the 6 year old girl eat hotdogs on the camp fire and stink up the tent all night. Ah.. nature calls.
Keep your fingers crossed for me! They don't call me the red neck huntin' dawg for nothin.

Hello,
Well I guess I'll give this diary thing a shot. So here goes....
I'm a handsome 4 year old German Shorthaired Pointer. My dad and I are best buds and we like to play ball. Playing ball isn't the typical game of fetch between dad and I. He throws the ball, I run after it and then run back. Then dad goes to fetch the ball. It's alsmost like tag team fetching. I just point it out for him, so he knows where to look.
Some of my favorite things I do during the day are: Eat, run, chase squirrels, run, nap, wrestle with my sister, run, catch bugs, run, eat, and nap again.
Now I don't do these things in this particular order every day. One has got to keep their life interesting. So sometimes I'll chase a bird or other varmit if the opportunity presents itself. Oh and treats, I love treats!!!!
At night I like to lay down and lounge in my bed. It's no ordinary bed you see... I have a fuzzy blanket in a suitcase. It is my own space and I have the added benefit of always having my bags packed to go camping.
Well, that's it for me for now
