Harley got her wings in February 2009. Her poor body just gave out but her spirit never did. She followed her boy Erich over the Rainbow Bridge a month to the day after him. I figure he went ahead to find the perfect spot for the two of them. Love you Sweetheart....say hello to Daddy and the rest of the gang.

Hi! Well, I seem to be a star in my mom's eyes since she did this page first for me rather than Erich or Ulla (more about them later). Of course, she messed up and put Ulla's picture out there but she says she's going to fix it. It's a good thing she has me to take of everyone in the house. I raised the puppies and her cats...humans are so helpless! I came to live with my parents when I was 10 months old (we think). I was in this terrible place, with 2 other strange dogs. I was really thin because the other dogs would eat my food before I could get to it. My mom said something about looking like a jackel when I first came home (whatever that is...). I remember my ride home in the car with my mom. I sat in the passenger seat (where else?). I was a bit tired so I curled up and put my head on her lap as we headed to my new house. She was petting me and said something about never having to go to a place like that ever again because I had a forever home. I just sighed and closed my eyes because I knew that was really true. My dad is a big guy-drives one of those really big trucks. He acts all tough but he's really a softie. I had him wrapped around my paw right away. Over the years my family has grown - a bunch of cats(Mom shows them-why, I can't imagine. WHO would be interested in those crummy cats!?) and two more GSDs (that's Erich and Ulla). My job is to take care of everyone and help Mom keep them all in line. It's quite hard some days - the cats are always up to no good, and Ulla (who's the baby) is always in my face(she also steals Sonic...grrrrr). Erich is the son I never whelped. He always seems to have a dirty face, which I have to clean. They seem to think that just because he's trained for Schutzhund, he shouldn't be treated like a puppy. Humph, what do they know? Well, gotta go - have to go check on everyone!
