Arrival Story: I worked at a doggie daycare and he was bording there with an elderly dog.The owner came in to get them and asked if someone else could keep him. She was having to take care of a sister who broke her hip, a neice who was 8 as well as her 81 year old father. The older dog was her dads.
So, I said I'd love to!
Bio: He is now neutered and without baby teeth!!
We are also now thinking he may be a Papillon. When I told my boss this, she said she always thought he was just never told me.
But it doesn't really matter. We call him half and half. He's perfect no matter what breed!

My sleeping habits:: I am often called a fussy boy. I get really angry when I am over tired and will be grumpy and then sad if Nugget and Daisy won't lie with me. I flip and flop and toss and turn. In the middle of the night if I get cold mommy will let me under the covers!

My best day was: 2 weeks after being at mommies house and I got to stay for ever!
My favorite song: "Just Like Me" by DMC and Sarah McLachlan cause I'm adopted and so is my mommy and so it's nice to not feel so alone. DMC rules!
I love it when......: I get to sleep on Nugget or Daisy Mae. They will let me now sometimes. They are very soft!

It's funny being adopted.
See, I don't look like my house mates. Not even close!
They are short and long.
I am tall and not so long.
They have dark coats.
My coat is light.
Their tail goes out back.
My tail curls gracefully over my back.
I'm adopted you see.
I get the same food.
I even get lots of toys.
Treats are a daily routine.
We get all of these, yes even me!
Being adopted is a little different from the rest.
It means I didn't get and early "Put to Rest".
Rather I got to come to a new home.
And get lots of love to call my own.
Please think of adoption as an option.
You never know the love, fun and goofy dog or cat you might call yours for ever and ever!
Well, I won't tell mommy what happened but.........................
This morning when we woke up I refused , REFUSED to leave mommies side!
We all went out to potty and for the first time, I was not first at the door. I let Nugget and Diasy Mae go out first.
As THE alpha dog, I always go out before them.
Anyway.
Mommy came out with us like she always does (So she can pick up our doo do's) and I would not go potty. I kept asking her to pick me up and finally she did.
I was shaking and put my head on her shoulder cause I knew she would not put me down if I did that. It makes her melt.
So we came inside, all of us, and instead of getting breakfast ready mommy sat and held me. I finally stopped shaking.
Mommy set me down and we went to the kitchen, me under foot. Mom was adding the hot water to our meals when.....................
Daisy came running up to me and rubbed all over me!
My tail went right back up!!
We rubbyed and wagged tails like we had not seen each other all day!!
Then Nugget came over and all three of us did that for a few minutes.
Then that was it.
All is fine.
No problems.
Mommy wishes she knew what was going on!!
I'm not telling!
Well I wanted to thank any of you who voted but we did not make it into the final round and mommy isn't going to enter again. We're just not popular enough to round up the votes.
