Arrival Story:
We used to have two blue heelers named Jake and Jesse. Jake ran away during a thunder storm and Jesse was killed by a mean neighboor. After those losses, my dad brought Gus home to help us get over losing those two good ole' boys, and to have someone to help keep those pesky cows in line. When he first got here he was a baby; a fat, spoiled baby. But now he's a cowdog and he earns his keep. But he still likes to be a baby after a hard day's work on the farm!
