Not feeling well

Saturday afternoon started out great. The weather was so nice, Mommie decided to take my brother and me for a walk. We have a special track that Daddy keeps mowed just so we can walk and not have to watch for snakes and bad things!
Anyway just as we got to the end of our track, I stepped crooked and twisted my back again. It hurt really bad, I yelped and Mommie turned to see what was wrong. My leg didn't have any feeling in it so I couldn't stand up. Mommie had to carry me back to the house. It was a very long hard walk for Mommie. She had to stop alot and rest, I'm alittle heavy for her to carry that far!! My brother was really good for her though! Everytime she had to stop and rest she told him to sit and he did until she could go again.
I have been on crate rest since then. I was hopeing I wouldn't have to go see my Dr , but Mommie said I'm not any better so tomorrow morning she is taking me to see him. I just hate to have to get in that car thingy, it really scares me!! Everytime I get in it we go someplace bad, either to the haircut place or to the Dr. I just hope I don't have to stay at the Dr's office or that they don't send me to that other Dr that's so far away. I don't like having to stay away from home. I like my bed and my crate!

Dog Days of Summer

Man it sure is hot here!! I just about have heat stroke when I have to go for my walk in the afternoons!!!
Yesterday my brother (Sage) and I were going out and we ran down the porch steps and I landed wrong and kinda hurt my back again. I'm still alittle sore this morning, but Mommie said that if I just take it easy for a few days maybe it will be better. I sure hope so because I don't wanta have to go to that place they took me to 3 months ago. It was scary, because Mommie and Daddy were real upset and they had to leave me there for a whole week, and they cut my back and made me hurt. When they finally let me leave it was a really long drive before I got home. I like to stay home too, I really don't like to go for car rides .

One more week to go!

Only one more week and I can go get a nice bath and haircut!! I've had to wait 6 weeks and I don't think it will ever be over!!
Today I tried to jump up on the couch and my Mommie about had a heart attack, she yelled at me and about scared the beegeebies out of me!! I know she didn't mean to yell at me, I just scared her because I'm not supposed to be running and jumping yet. Oh well maybe she will let me run and jump before much longer!
