Arrival Story:
I fell in love with her mom, Fawnhaven Skye of Snowyriver, and finally, in May of 2001, I went to Oregon to pick up this ball of fur which I named Missy. We flew to Seattle and from there flew back to the Philippines via Japan. Missy was in a duffel doggie carrier and flew with me in cabin. We were asked to move up to Business Class by the crew towards the end of the Seattle-Narita leg, as they wanted to play with her! :D
Bio:
Missy lived in Cebu City, Philippines until she was 3-1/2 years old when she moved to Cagayan de Oro City. She lives in a household with a 7-year-old GSD named Herta. Her favorite pastime is to pester Herta until Herta chases her all over the place.
She started entering the show ring at 6 months, but before she could finish her championship, the show schedules changed and her mom couldn't make it. She returned to the show ring with a vengeance in August 2005 in Cagayan de Oro City and won BOS, RUBOB, and Group 2. Not bad after a 2-year hiatus. She's now working on her Grand Championship.

5:45 a.m. : Yawn! Stretch! Yawn! Thump, thump, thump! (tail waggin')
5:50 a.m. : Stretch! Front legs, back legs, neck roll, tail wag, okay, everything seems to be workin’.
5:51a.m. : Wake up, mom. I gotta go! I reeeaaalllly got to GO! Out, mom, gotta GO OUT! Mom opened her eyes and said, “Happy Birthday, Missy!” Oh, it is my birthday? WAAHOOO!!! What did you get me, mom? Huh? C’mon! Did you get me lotsa yummy stuff?
I turned 5 today! Got lots of hugs and kisses from everyone. I got this noisy little squeaky bone which Herta conned me into giving her, but I was through with it anyway. Then I got PIG EARS! Yuuuummmmmy! Of course, mom got me a cake, complete with candles. It’s violet! It’s flavored with purple yam, hence the color. It also had some coco fruit filling that’s just heaven. I cleaned up my bowl so well, mom didn’t have to wash it. She says that if I eat her out of a house, I can work as a dishwasher at a restaurant somewhere. Wouldn’t that be great?!
