Arrival Story:
I had been looking for a red dobie for 2 years. I had given upon finding one in my area. I had gotten a rescue golden/pyrennes mix a week earlier. I came into boise from twin falls for the weekend and decided to go with a friend, who was checking a red border collie for rescue, to the humane society. On the way to the BC's kennel I walked right past him. Stop, jaw drop, and gasp. There he is. My gorgeous red dream dobie. I had to have him. It would have taken a prybar to get his paperwork out of my hands. He had came in the day before as a owner surrender. Story is that they had a toddler, who was playing in his food dish, and got nipped. So of course the dog HAD to go. Their loss my gain! He has been the best dog ever!!! with training he has become an absolute bombproof dog. He can do anything with anyone. He has been my dream come true.

Snoop passed quietly in his sleep early this morning. 13 years were a lot more than I ever hoped for. RIP 3-30-06
