I was shoppng at Wal-Mart... and passed this green truck with puppies in the back. The lady said I shouldn't pick her as she was the runt, but I spotted Angel and knew I couldn't live without her. She was worth the $25 to get her.

A lot has happened since I last wrote...
1. Mikey lives with Grandma and Grandpa as after Mom replaced the floor (to wood) he tore both ACLs trying to jump on the couch. With his hip dysplasia on top of that, mobility at home was difficult for him. We still see him a lot...
2. Tyson joined our family in June 2010... he is a little turd, but lots of fun.
3. Tobyn joined our family in September 2010. He challenged me a couple of times for top dog, but I still liked him. He did love to give kisses ALL THE TIME. Sadly, we lost him this year (1/1/12). We miss our little guy but know we will see him again in Heaven.
4. I was diagnosed with cancer in my sinuses in April 2010 and given 3 months to live. Mom couldn't accept that, so I started seeing an Integrative Vet (Dr. Drumm) whom I really like. I guess the rest is history as I am still here and enjoying my 'old age'.
5. Dinky is still here and still trying to heal. I love her calmness and hope to help her know that Mom loves her too. She is going to Mom 'a little' more and letting Mom pet her, so that is great. Tyson is always bugging Dinky though... I know he loves us too, but sometimes... UGH!
Hopefully this year will turn around for our family. Love you Tobyn... see you soon... we know you are now looking out for all of us, so keep up the good work and visit from time to time.

Okay... so what does it mean to get old? My Mom keeps calling me an "Old Lady", but I am not an old lady, am I??
I got two lumps this year... within weeks of each other. One was just a fatty lump and the other was a benign tumor (of course Mom had that one removed). And then there is me not being able to jump on my Mom's bed... the thing is 4.5 feet high... really it is. At some point I was not going to be able to jump up there. So... Mom had stairs made for me. If I use them, does that make me old?

Mikey told me about this diary thing. I am not much of a talker... I would rather beg for cheese or play tug-o-war. But he said I might meet some other dogs, so I thought what the heck. This one will be short... but I will get you caught up later.
