SCARIEST night of my life

Okay, so for those of you that don't know, I'm PETRIFIED of storms. Mom has to give me medicine for it sometimes - I don't know, it's just that thunder stuff that gets me. So, we were camping this weekend in Galveston and it had threatened to rain all day Friday but never did. So on Saturday, when the storms started building, nobody would believe mom that it was going to rain on us (except me of course). While we were eating, someone came by and told us a tornado had been spotted close by but dad and Uncle Jim thought we had time to finish dinner. Boy, were they wrong. Uncle Jim said "Man, those clouds don't look good" and before we knew it, things started blowing around and we were grabbing everything to bring inside. Thank goodness mom had given me my medicine before dinner because things got UGLY. Some boy scouts were camping out there and one of their tents blew under our trailer and another wrapped around a truck tire. Even the slideout on the trailer was blowing in. It was raining hard, hailing and that wind was blowing!!!!!! Dad and Uncle Jim said probably around 60 mph and that's not good when you're in a travel trailer. I think even dad was a little nervous - he just wouldn't say. It was not fun - not my favorite trip to the beach. Oh well, we're going to try again next weekend - just in Matagorda this time.

Sorry so long but it was scary.

Aggies Softball going to Worlf Series

The Fightin' Texas Aggie girls softball team is going to the College World Series. They played two hard fought games today and lost one but won the important one!!!! Let's all give them a big "whoop" Gig' Em Aggies! Fight! Fight! Fight!

Texas A&M rox

Well gang, we've won both of our games so far. This Thursday, we play the Miami Hurricanes (the thugs) - at least that's what they say on SportsCenter. I think because a lot of them have been in trouble. Anyway, all ya'll pups out there help us be the 12th man and ruff our Aggies to victory!!!!! Gig 'Em Aggies Fight! Fight! Fight! Go Army! (Because we're a military school also) . Reveille is the mascot and she's a fine sheltie or border collie - not sure. Anyway, she's one of us so let's all purr for the Ags this Thurs. night.

The Yankee background

Just wanted to let EVERYONE know that it WAS NOT my idea to have the Yankee logo as my background - how humiliating for an Astros fan!!!!! My human boy DJ has this thing about the yankees and he thought it would be great for me to have a background on my page like he does on his myspace. Mom however isn't too thrilled but she says something about having to pick your battles and I guess this is one she doesn't want to wage. Usually, when she does pick a battle, the boy backs off and mom gets her way. So far now, I shall be known as the dog that like the Yankees (uggggg). Anything to keep peace in the house, that is my main mission. Oh well, it could be worse, someone in the family could be a Dallas Cowboy fan and that would start World War Three - Mom can't stand those Cowboys!!!!! Well, time to go tear up some toys before I go to sleep. Night everyone.
