Arrival Story:
I found Lucky at 6 months old in the Deep River dog pound. I loved his beautiful color and golden eyes. He had been given up when the family moved. He was very quiet, and didn't seem to know what it was like to have any kind of attention paid to him. He quickly learned to love being patted and is the perfect dog for us.
He is so gentle with kids, cats, kittens and other dogs.
Bio:
Update - Lucky passed away in 2007 - we miss his lovely dog person around the house.
Old story --- He has cancer again, but is going to have a small lump removed in Feb., and hopefully with live to be really old! Loves the outdoors, but is very quiet and laid back at home. Lucky loves Palgrave, our very large fenced back yard, miles of trails, 2 large conservation area, lots of doggy relatives who come to visit (see Brandy from Orillia), and his best buddy Niko.
Lucky passed away in the summer of 2007, we will love him forever though.
