Arrival Story:
We wanted to adopt a little beagle and found a website of a rescue upstate. We were originally interested in a gad about town named Max, but the nice lady said, "What about Max's sidekick, Jingle?" She sent us pictures of this real handsome fella who reportedly could chew his rawhide while sleeping. We knew he was the boy for us. We drove upstate one December and haven't looked back since. (Although we did change the name. What kind of name is Jingle for a strapping young dude like him?!)
Bio:
Jackson's mom was a real bigwhig in the Binghamton doggie society, from a well-to-do family. After a scandal involving his mom and his biological dad (a deadbeat gambler and notorious ladies' man), Jackson packed up his bones and hit the streets. He tried to make it in the Western NY modeling scene before moving to Brooklyn and becoming a hipster. In his free time, he does stand-up and has written a one-dog show, On the Howl: Confessions of a Canine Hottie and a novel, Play! Boy.
