Holiday's are fun!!

My very first Christmas was was so much fun. I loved being around all my family... mommy didn't go to work for an entire week and that was great. My cousins came to visit and there was so much to do. I got new toys and treats, and a new pretty dress. I wish every day was a holiday! Mommy told me that next is Valentine's day, then my first birthday!! I'm so excited to turn one year old on February 21st.

My Labor Day memories....

I had such a fun weekend! On Saturday, I went for a long drive with my mommy, all the way to Los Angeles. I was so good in the car too! Then, to my surprise, after we got there and visited with Lola (my dog momma) and Napoleon (my uncle), we all went to a great doggie park in Brentwood. I had never been to a dog park before so this was a fun new experience for me. I have to say, at first I was a little nervous and scared because there were so many new dogs running around, but with time, I joined in and had a great time. I made lots of new friends and had so much fun playing with so many dogs. I would go there every day if I could because that was a dog-gone blast!! Woof Woof~

I'm going to the groomer!

Tomorrow will be my very first time going to the groomer and I'm pretty nervous! I really don't like taking baths and I'll tollerate being brushed, so I just don't know how I'm going to like going somewhere to have all of this done. Mommy says I am getting mats so I need to be groomed. I'm happy at least that Maggie and Oliver will be going with me so I won't be alone. I'll be sure to post pictures of how I look with some of my pretty fur missing.

I'm 5 months old!!

I'm getting so grown up.... I'm now 5 months old. My color has changed so much since I was born. I was mainly dark brown and now I'm sort of a buff color with touches of brown here and there. My fur is very thick and long, I'm almost ready for my first grooming. I have the typical Shih Tzu fur around my face and eyes including very long eye lashes. My mommy loves my eye lashes and never wants them to be cut. I don't mind being brushed, it feels good although I don't like bathes. I do however love having my teeth brushed, it feels so good. I like playing in the water outside, but don't like being in the tub.

I'm a very sweet puppy, full of love for everyone I'm around. I also love my pals Maggie and Oliver. They make my life so exciting and fun. We stay busy constantly, playing, eating and sleeping together. I am so happy with my life, I wouldn't change a thing. I also love my mommy very much, I follow her everywhere just to be close to her.

I was spayed when I was 4 months old, so I will never have to worry about going into heat, that's a relief. I will continue to have new pictures posted since my appearance changes so much! XOXOXOX Mimi

We are 5 weeks old already!

Hi everyone! We are growing up so fast! We are 5 weeks old already. We are growing rapidly and change more by the day. We run around and play constantly. We are learning to eat puppy food even though we still prefer our mommy's milk best. Our mommy doesn't like for us to nurse from any more, but once in a while she still allows it. We love our life and have so much fun playing together!!
