Arrival Story:
We wanted to get a sibling for Bagel as he was now getting old enough that he would be a good roll model for a new family dog. We checked out petfinder.com and they had 3 beagles listed at our county shelter. There were 2 males and a female. We thought that having a female might be better as there would be potentially less competition but she was already taken. We visited with both of the males and thought that Max would be a better match for Bagel. We ran straight home to pick up Bagel for a visit with Max. The two boys got along really well so Max came home with us.

Bio:
Max has been with us for almost a year now and is a vital part of our family. He and Bagel are best pals and love to play or nap together. Max's separation anxiety has lessened although we are still working on it. He can only get better from here! He's as loveable as ever but you can tell that he is secure in living here now.
