Purchased him through newspaper ad for a Valentine gift for my husband hence the name Valley
Bio:
I was born in a barn and adopted by this family and loved it here for over 7 years. Had many fun adventures including a road trip accross the country till I got hit by a car and broke my pelvis. We had surgery and was making a beautiful recover and was perparing to go home back to mum dad but never made inside I passed quitely in my sleep from a blood clot. Here is My mom's latest thoughts:
My mum cries almost everyday about my trip to the Rainbow bridge
I hear her crying many times even though I am sitting right here next to her in a pet memorial urn. I know she loved me and was looking forward to coming to pick me up from the Vets to come back after my long stay at the Vets office. I had been hit by a car and my pelvis was broken but the Vet fixed me up and as soon as I started to get up and walk I was going home was on Friday May 14,2010. Instead of going back to my mum and dad I crossed over to the rainbow bridge. The doctor said that it was a blood clot. My mum crys all the time and wonder what I can do to help her. Just before I left this world my mum almost died and she has been fighting her very weak heart and I want to help her but don't know how. I would love her to come to the rainbow bridge so I can be with her again I know that the other dogs and dad need her more than I do.
Mum don't worry I am fine and I will be here waiting when it is your time but please stay and take care of Toto, Sally, and Inky. They all need you more than I do.

Valley had his surgery for his broken pelvis from April 17th the Surgery was on April 20 for 6 hours the vet tried to align and pin and wire the broken pieces in place and Valley was in surgery for over 6 hours. He was making a beautiful recovery and we were looking forward to bringing him home on Monday but Valley passed in sleep last night Thursday or early Friday morning today May 14. The Vet believes it was a blood clot. It was unfortunate and I am writing this with a very heavy heart tonight. I guess this is not easy for any dog lover but I am really feeling the emptiness right now.
